Our Board of Directors provides governance, strategic oversight, and community leadership to support the mission of Inclusion West Niagara. Board members bring a range of professional expertise and lived experience that helps guide the organization’s work in building inclusive communities.
Aaron Morrow, President
Aaron Morrow brings more than two decades of leadership experience in financial services and the not-for-profit sector. He began his career in Toronto, serving as a Senior Director with a major Canadian bank supporting mutual fund, brokerage, and wealth management operations. After moving to Niagara, Aaron continued his executive leadership in the financial sector before transitioning fully into the developmental services field.
Aaron currently works with a Niagara-based not-for-profit organization overseeing facilities and project initiatives. He has served on several boards within the developmental services sector and is committed to strengthening inclusive supports across the community. He lives in Vineland with his family and enjoys hiking, travel, gardening, and home improvement.
Chris Arnew, Director
Chris Arnew is a retired Chartered Professional Accountant and former Superintendent of Business and Treasurer with the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board. Throughout his career, he provided financial leadership and governance oversight within the public education sector.
Chris and his wife, Diane, have settled in West Lincoln to be closer to family. A father of four and grandfather of four, he is pleased to contribute his experience to Inclusion West Niagara and support the organization’s work in the community.
Kathi Cosgrove, Director
Kathi Cosgrove brings more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit and community healthcare sector, with a strong focus on supporting Autistic individuals and their families. Throughout her career, she has worked in clinical, consultation, and leadership roles focused on program development, stakeholder engagement, and building collaborative teams.
Kathi has partnered with self-advocates, government, school boards, service providers, and families across Canada to strengthen inclusive supports and improve outcomes for children, youth, and adults. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and lifelong learning.
Chantal DiFlavio, Director
Chantal DiFlavio is an experienced educator with the Niagara Catholic District School Board, currently serving as a Co-operative Education Teacher at Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary School. With 28 years in education, she works closely with local employers across West Niagara to connect students with meaningful, community-based learning opportunities that build skills, confidence, and career pathways. She also served for more than a decade as Chair of the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Board, contributing to its growth and community impact. In addition, she is Head Coach with the Stoney Creek Aquatic Team, supporting youth development through sport.
Nastaran Haghani, Treasurer
Nastaran Haghani is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. Her career has included roles as a business analyst, computer programmer, and financial analyst, with the past 15 years focused in the hydro and utilities sector.
Nastaran currently works as a Senior Financial and Regulatory Analyst with GrandBridge Energy in Cambridge. She is passionate about volunteer service and is committed to supporting organizations that strengthen communities and improve quality of life for others. She lives in Ancaster with her husband.
Katherine Houston, Director
Katherine Houston brings more than a decade of leadership experience across municipal and healthcare sectors. She currently serves as Senior Project Manager with the City of Hamilton’s Public Health Services, where she leads projects focused on organizational improvement, performance, and risk management.
Katherine brings expertise in strategic planning and Lean Six Sigma and is passionate about advancing equity, inclusion, and systems that help communities thrive. She is proud to contribute her experience to Inclusion West Niagara and its work in the community.
Leah Merza, Director
Leah Merza serves as Corporate Secretary for the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre and previously worked with the Law Society of Ontario. She received her Paralegal (P1) licence in 2018 and brings a strong background in legal and corporate governance matters.
Through her work supporting boards and leadership teams, Leah has developed expertise in governance, compliance, and organizational accountability within the not-for-profit sector. She is pleased to contribute her experience to Inclusion West Niagara and support the organization’s commitment to inclusive communities.
Leslie Murray, Director
Leslie Murray recently retired after a 25-year career teaching Medical Radiation Sciences and medical ethics at the undergraduate level. Her work included research authorship and service as a reviewer for the Hamilton Integrated Research Ethics Board (HiREB) from 2010 to 2022. She also completed a clinical ethics fellowship with Hamilton Health Sciences and the Regional Ethics Network.
Leslie holds graduate degrees in bioethics and applied health sciences and brings a strong interest in supporting individuals and families within the developmental services community. As the mother of an adult son with Down syndrome who participates in local programs, she values opportunities to contribute to the organization and the broader community.
Pauline Postill, Director
Pauline Postill is a person supported by Inclusion West Niagara and an active advocate for inclusion in the community. She serves on the All United Voices Self-Advocacy Committee and brings valuable lived experience to the Board.
Pauline has also contributed to several organizational initiatives, including the 60th Anniversary Committee for Community Living – Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln and as co-chair of the 2025 Scavenger Hunt Committee. She is proud to support Inclusion West Niagara and its work in building inclusive communities.
Greg Robinson, Director
Greg Robinson brings more than 35 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, customer service, project management, and leadership across the private and public sectors. He spent over 20 years in management with the Ontario Public Service before retiring from government service.
Greg now teaches communications at the college level and enjoys mentoring the next generation of professionals. He is committed to giving back through volunteer service and supporting organizations that strengthen their communities.
Executive Leadership: Cathy Turner, Chief Executive Officer
Cathy Turner joined Inclusion West Niagara as Executive Director in late 2021 after more than 20 years in leadership roles within the healthcare sector in Hamilton. Throughout her career she has overseen diverse interdisciplinary teams and led initiatives focused on strategic planning, organizational development, and service improvement.
A resident of Grimsby for several years, Cathy is proud to serve the community and support the organization’s mission of building inclusive opportunities for individuals and families. She values the opportunity to work alongside staff, families, and community partners in advancing the organization’s work.
