STRATEGIC PLAN 2026-2030

STRATEGIC PLAN

Our Strategic Plan guides the next four years of our work at Inclusion West Niagara. It was shaped by the voices of the people we support, their families, our staff, Board, funders, and community partners.

The plan focuses on four key areas that will help us strengthen our programs, grow our impact, and continue delivering high-quality, inclusive supports across our community.
