STUDENT & CO-OP PLACEMENTS

Inclusion West Niagara partners with secondary schools, colleges, and universities to offer meaningful student placement and co-op opportunities. These placements provide hands-on learning experiences while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in inclusive community programs and in their homes.

Students bring fresh perspectives and energy to our organization while gaining practical experience in the developmental services sector. While students are not employees, they are valued members of our team and are expected to uphold the same standards of respect, professionalism, and safety as staff and volunteers.

Programs We Commonly Support

We regularly host students from programs such as:

  • Early Childhood Education
