SUPPORTED GROUP LIVING

Supported Group Living offers a welcoming home environment for adults aged 18 and over who require daily supervision and support with activities of daily living. Our 24-hour accommodations are integrated within the community to promote comfort, safety, and belonging.

Each person is supported through an individualized, person-centred plan that reflects their goals, preferences, and evolving needs. Our team works alongside people we support to foster independence, connection, and a strong sense of community.

SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING

Supported Independent Living helps adults live independently or semi-independently within the community. We provide personalized support based on each person’s goals, needs, and preferences.

Participants receive assistance with daily living activities such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, money management, and household tasks. Through individualized skill development and ongoing guidance, we help people build confidence, strengthen independence, and navigate daily life successfully.

HOMESHARE

Homeshare is a living option that matches adults with developmental disabilities to families or individuals who open their homes and provide support. Placements are built on shared interests, compatibility, and long-term commitment.

Families or individuals interested in becoming a Homeshare provider complete a comprehensive screening process, including police checks and home visits with a Homeshare Supervisor.

Providers receive training, remuneration, respite, and ongoing support.
